Shipping policy

Where we ship


We currently ship to addresses in the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). Because RC cars include lithium (LiPo) batteries, we can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the US at this time.


Shipping cost


Shipping is free on every order.


How long it takes


  • Order processing: 1-2 business days.
  • - RC cars: ship from a US warehouse and usually arrive in 5-9 business days.
  • - Crash kits (free with a car, or bought separately): ship from our parts supplier and usually arrive in 10-20 business days. If you order a car, your crash kit arrives in a separate package.

You'll get a tracking number by email for each package as soon as it ships. Delivery times are estimates and can be delayed by carriers, weather or holidays.

 

Lost or late packages

 

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, email us at support@throttlebird.com and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
