Arrived damaged or not working?

 

Email support@throttlebird.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We'll send the replacement part or a replacement car, or give you a full refund. You won't need to ship anything back for a damaged-on-arrival claim unless we ask.

 

Changed your mind?

 

You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email us first for a return address and instructions. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. LiPo batteries must be returned by ground shipping. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the return.

 

Crashes and wear

 

RC cars are made to be driven hard, and parts break. Crash damage and normal wear aren't covered by returns. That's what your crash kit is for. Replacement parts for every model we sell are available in our Parts & Kits section.
